Cancellation

I believe life can be unpredictable, so I keep things simple. I appreciate a 48 notice before canceling appointments. Appointments canceled within those 48 hours will be charged a non refundable 50% cancellation fee for the booked services. No Shows are not tolerated and will be charged a no refundable fee of 100% of services booked. Full Refunds are not offered. If you are unsatisfied I offer 1 redo appointment if you contact me within 48 hours of your original appointment.
